It's a new low for "justice" in the Obama administration. First came news that the Department of "Justice" would not pursue the criminal activity of the Black Panthers during last year's elections and now comes news that the department is going to defend ACORN instead of bringing RICO charges against them.
Wow.
Feel like 1930s Germany or Russia yet? (If not, just wait until you get thrown in jail for refusing to buy health "insurance".)

The criminal scumbags at ACORN are at it again. A massive document dump is the latest evidence that RICO charges need to be brought against the entire organization.
In California surveillance video caught ACORN dumping thousands of documents in attempt to hide them from criminal investigations. These documents were simply dumped in a public trash dumpster despite the fact that they contained sensitive personal information.
Of course, the "see no evil" policies of the Obama administration Department of "Justice" means that will never happen, at least at the Federal level.
We can only hope that there are enough states outraged at the continual criminal behavior of ACORN to shut them down permanently.

I was watching a Fox News program about ACORN and it's even worse than I had previously believed. There are more than two hundred separate entities under the "ACORN" umbrella and when the brother of the head of that many-tentacled organization isn't embezzling a million (plus) dollars and their managers aren't conspiring to break voter registration laws and their rank and file aren't pushing coke and enabling child prostitution and human slavery...there's still more crap bubbling to the surface.
Last year ACORN's own auditors said there was simply no way to track or account for all of ACORN's doing and proving that they weren't illegally comingling money and/or personnel across their various organizations and sub-organizations.
ACORN is a cancer that has metastasized across America.
I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for the Obama administration to start the RICO indictments which are so obviously needed.

The NEA has always been a scam. The notion that "government" not only can judge artistic work but also promote its growth is nonsense. It is and always has been a way for liberals to funnel tax dollars to their supporters.
Take, for example, a recent story dug up by the Washington Times (via Michelle Malkin).
The NEA organizes "artists" to support Obama and his agenda. Those that cooperate, of course, get NEA grants. So your tax dollars go to support "art" such as pro-Obama "viral videos" and pro-Obama propaganda in films, written work, etc. (You know, where the brave hero of a movie has to fight not only evil corporate villains but also those racist southern white males clinging to their guns and religion.)
As with ACORN, only the constant exposure of this kind of corruption will prod those in Washington to act. Democrats had to be humiliated with video of ACORN aiding and abetting sex slavery, prostitution, underaged prostitution, tax evasion, illegal immigration, etc. before they could be forced to vote against ACORN funding. And even then there were dozens who voted to continue it!
Only when crimes of a similar magnitude are brought to light about other parts of this vast liberal network of quid pro quo abuse of your tax dollars will it be stopped.
Are you tired of your hard-earned money being abused in this manner? Contact your representatives in Congress and demand the zeroing-out of criminal enterprises like ACORN and an end to government "subsidies" for "art".

It is a question of how long they've already been doing it.
Ignore this threat at the peril of liberty and freedom.
These are the people who will be "counting" you at census time. These are the people who will be "counting" the votes in the next elections.
When organized criminal organizations like ACORN and SEIU have the power to create and count the votes then freedom is lost. We've seen that Obama's AG, Eric Holder, is never going to prosecute these groups or their allies for their crimes. Liberating Congress and the White House is the only way to save our country.

Yes, the organization that was born to help people commit vote fraud is in trouble in both Pennsylvania and Nevada.
But as the Democratics would say: "it's not illegal because no one actually voted". Which is of course not true...for either part of that statement. It is illegal to submit fraudulent registrations and know one knows how many "absentee" ballots were requested to go along with those fraudulent registrations.
Oddly enough, ACORN claimed the charges were proof that ACORN is behaving lawfully. Okay....

ACORN, the group that loves to promote reckless lending and vote fraud, will be the tool the Obama administration uses to subvert the census count.
The U.S. Census is supposed to be free of politics, but one group with a history of voter fraud, ACORN, is participating in next year's count, raising concerns about the politicization of the decennial survey.
I predict massive overcounting in urban centers and massive undercounting in the suburbs; "lost" records and the usual shenanigans that happen when ACORN is involved.
And by "shenanigans" I mean the sordid drug deals, breaking of laws and routine fraudulent activity.
We are just going to have to throw out the results of this tainted count and conduct another one once we free Washington.
Just another example of Obama's heavy-handed tactics costing you money...and freedom.

Woo! Hopefully this is going to be a nail in the coffin for this corrupt organization.
The Buckeye Institute, a Columbus-based conservative think tank, on Tuesday, Oct. 14, filed a lawsuit against ACORN - the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - in Warren County Common Pleas Court. The lawsuit charges the group with a “pattern of corrupt activity that amounts to organized crime,” a press release said.
...
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Jennifer Miller of Mason and Kimberly Grant of Loveland. They allege that fraudulent voter registrations submitted by ACORN dilute the power of legally registered voters.
The suit seeks the dissolution of ACORN as a legal entity, the revocation of its Ohio licenses and a halt to “fraudulent voter registration and other illegal activities.”
Notice how non-liberal organizations are always called "conservative" while liberal organizations are call "non-partisan"?

CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) - Hundreds of fraudulent voter address changes have been submitted to St. Louis County election officials by ACORN, the activist group that has been criticized for its voter sign-up work elsewhere in the nation.
An ACORN official said it could be the fault of overzealous employees of the organization.
Voters who don't get a polling-place notification card in the mail right before the election could find that their addresses have been changed without their knowledge, said Joseph Goeke, one of the county's two elections directors.
The address changes, including forged signatures, are among hundreds of questionable or fraudulent voter registration cards submitted to the county within the past couple of months, election officials said.
Gosh, wouldn't voter IDs help fix that problem?
Oh noes! Someone might have to leave their house to get one!
ACORN is often at the heart of election fraud, yet gets treated like a civil rights organization.

Goeke said voters who don't receive their get polling-place notification card can take proof of their residence to the polls on election day.

An activist group was sued in Miami-Dade circuit court this week by a former employee, who has accused top officials of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now of violating a slew of election laws.
Mac Stuart, of Opa-locka, has accused the organization, known as ACORN, of illegally copying voter registration applications and selling them to labor union groups, allowing people to sign petitions who were not registered voters and suppressing Republican voter registration applications.
