As you can see, they've tried to cover their ass by writing that there were some "oohs". Gee, does that mean the person who submitted a false story to AP is not going to be fired, as he heard "ooh" but thought it was "boo"? However, the damage has been done. Hundreds, if not thousands of media sites carry the first or second version of the story claiming that the crowed booed Clinton's name. Those sites have not updated their AP feed stories to carry the third version. How many people will never see it or the retraction?
He's the President of the United States, and they should address him as such. Notice how all of the media does it, they should be ashamed of themselves.
You can thank Carville for that. He started Bill Clinton referring to W's father as "Bush". He flat out refused to use "President" when referring to him.
just goes to show that you can't trust some news media, and that's sad. the news is suppossed to tell it like it is, whether the reporters themselves like it or not. now they put their own spin on it to suit them and their candidate.
my school did that this past spring during the undergrad pres and vp elections. i wrote to their paper telling them that the candidate they endorsed will not be getting my vote now, and that they disgust me. they called me to varify it was me who wrote to them (we have to provide names and numbers) and i told them yes. of course they didn't print it...
