ACORN claims it has a Constitutional right to your money
That's right. ACORN is claiming that Congress can't cut off funding for ACORN and doing so is "unconstitutional".

Meanwhile the FBI raids ACORN offices in New Orleans and several states are investigating the organization for a variety of crimes.

But hey, all that criminal activity is actually a sign that ACORN follows the law, according to ACORN press releases. No doubt receiving your tax dollars while committing crimes is one of those "shadow" rights in the Constitution that only liberals can see.

ETA: ACORN pleads poverty. Perhaps they should fire all those executives who keep approving criminal activities?

If you type "Acorn Sues Congress" into a search engine dozens of articles come up.

While that may be true, since [info]reality_hammer is reporting the story, I think he should have to source it.

Please don't make the mistake of thinking that i'm a lib that is trying to stir up strife just because I am asking[info]reality_hammer to cite his source. In actual fact I am a Tea Party Conservative.

I don't make assumptions about people's political agenda.

It had crossed my mind that you were simply nit picking his posting and not calling into question its validity, but in the case that you weren't aware that this was national news I figured I'd point it out.
